On this, what would have been Thomas Jefferson’s 273rd birthday, raise a glass of champagne in honor of our Founding Father and celebrate with a meal of macaroni and cheese (using parmesan, of course) and French fries. Oh, and don’t forget to have ice cream for dessert!
